NIGEL PHILLIPS FROM WARMINSTER JAILED FOR YEARS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN SOUTHAMPTON

In a case that has shocked the local community of Warminster, Nigel Phillips, a man with a troubling history, was convicted of heinous crimes involving the sexual abuse of a young girl over an extended period.
