A 41-year-old man named Nicholas Holt has been involved in a series of disturbing incidents on the London Underground.

Holt was caught secretly filming up the skirts of female passengers, including a woman at Tottenham Court Road station.

Passengers who noticed suspicious behavior reported him to Tube staff, leading to his arrest.

Police discovered two videos of upskirting on Holt's mobile phone during a raid at his house in Romford, where an additional 128 similar videos were found stored on hard disks.

Holt admitted to one count of outraging public decency when he appeared at Westminster magistrates' court earlier this year.

Holt, who owns a computer repair shop in Brentwood, was ordered to undertake a course for sexual offenders and was given a 12-month supervision order.

During court proceedings, it was stated that Holt had been seeing a counselor to address his sex addiction.
