GIRL, 10, CRIED FOR MUM AND BEGGED PAEDOPHILE TO STOP BUT HE MERCILESSLY ABUSED HER

A convicted sex offender, Nicholas Brown, aged 41 and from Cardiff, abused a 10-year-old girl despite her pleas for him to stop and her tears as she called for her mother.

Following a police report in 2024, Brown was found guilty.

At his sentencing at Cardiff Crown Court, it was disclosed that Brown coercively ordered the girl to strip completely, then proceeded to masturbate in her presence while she was in distress.

He also kissed her neck and chest and forced her fingers inside her, which led her to hysterically beg for her mother.

After the assault, he threatened her with repercussions if she told anyone, warning there would be "trouble." The girl later described how this trauma continues to affect her, causing intense anxiety, depression, and struggles with personal relationships.

She expressed her feelings, stating: "I wish to share the impact of the sexual abuse I endured at the age of 10 at the hands of the perpetrator that stands before you today..." As a consequence, Brown was sentenced to 12 years in prison, along with an additional one-year license.

He is also under a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, a 20-year restraining order, and required to register as a sex offender indefinitely.

It was noted that he has prior convictions for criminal damage and assault.
