Man Sentenced to Life for Rape and Attempted Rape in Hayes
A 24-year-old man, Navroop Singh of Mellow Lane East, Hayes, has received a life sentence, with a minimum of 14 years behind bars, for a string of sexual offences following a detailed investigation by the Metropolitan Police  .

• Attempted rape of an adult: He tried to assault a woman in Southall Park, Ealing, in October 2024.
• Child rape and assault: Singh pleaded guilty to raping a girl under 13 and assaulting a girl under 13 by penetration, offences committed at Hayes End Park in October 2024.
