Lochgelly Emotional/Psychological
A man from Lochgelly, Michael Yule, aged 21, made serious threats to a female individual, including stating he would cause damage to her recently deceased father's grave. According to court reports, Yule engaged in an abusive pattern of behavior from April 1 to July 26 at Hall Street, Lochgelly, which involved repeatedly, excessively, and persistently contacting the woman via text messages, social media platforms, and telephone despite being asked to cease. After he was blocked through all means of communication, Yule went further by making threatening statements of violence toward her and her family, and explicitly threatened to damage her father's grave. He appeared before Dunfermline Sheriff Court and admitted to these actions. Sheriff Alison Michie ordered that Yule will be sentenced on October 19 and granted him bail with the condition that he remains out of Lochgelly.
