Warrington Sexual Abuser
A man with a long history of criminal behavior, Michael Wilde, aged 73, has been sentenced to a total of five years in prison after being found guilty of sexually abusing boys over a span of several decades. Wilde's criminal record includes previous prison terms served in 2015, 2016, and 2019, highlighting a pattern of offending that persisted over many years.

His latest conviction pertains to heinous acts committed during the 1970s at Wade Deacon High School in Widnes. The court heard that Wilde targeted students at the school, engaging in multiple offences that included indecent assault and gross indecency. These acts, carried out over an extended period, caused significant harm to the victims and left a lasting impact.

In addition to his prison sentence, Wilde was ordered to register as a sex offender for a period of ten years, a measure intended to monitor his activities and prevent further harm. The sentencing reflects the seriousness of his crimes and the judicial system's recognition of the need to protect the community from individuals with a history of sexual misconduct.
