A 26-year-old mathematics teacher named Michael White, residing in Westcliff-on-Sea, has been sentenced to prison after engaging in a disturbing case of online grooming and sexual misconduct involving a young girl. The incident unfolded over a period of several hours, during which White meticulously groomed a 12-year-old girl through a series of explicit messages and sexual conversations.

According to court reports, White spent more than ten hours communicating with the girl, during which he built a relationship that crossed appropriate boundaries. The situation escalated when White sent a nude photograph of himself to the young girl, further violating her trust and causing significant emotional distress.

The repercussions of his actions extended beyond the immediate victim, affecting her family and the staff at her school. White’s misconduct was uncovered just as he was preparing to transfer to a different educational institution, but he was promptly dismissed from his position before he could make the move.
