MICHAEL JACKSON'S SHAMEFUL CHILD PORN HOARD IN SOUTHEND REVEALED

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Southend, a court heard how a local estate agent uncovered a disturbing collection of indecent photographs depicting children, stored within the home of 55-year-old Michael Jackson. The discovery was made during a routine process when bailiffs were executing a repossession order at Jackson's residence on Herbert Grove.

According to court reports, the estate agent, while inspecting the property, stumbled upon a significant cache of illicit material. The collection consisted of approximately 250 photographs, which were later reported to the police. Jackson was subsequently arrested on July 3, following the police investigation into the matter.

During the hearing at Southend magistrates' court, it was revealed that the indecent images were found concealed in a drawer within Jackson's home. Jackson himself admitted that he had downloaded the images from the internet, a fact that was confirmed during police interviews. The images, described as being of poor quality and printed on ordinary paper, were intended solely for Jackson's personal viewing, with no evidence suggesting he attempted to distribute or share them with others.

In his defense, Jackson's legal representative, Paul White, expressed remorse and explained that his client had been overwhelmed by guilt since the discovery. White emphasized that Jackson had made a full and frank admission to the authorities and was not involved in creating or taking the images himself. He stated, “He is ashamed. He has lost his job and is not in the best of health.”

White also attempted to mitigate the severity of the situation by suggesting that Jackson, who lived a solitary life, experienced a fleeting sense of excitement—described as a “frisson”—when downloading the material, likening it to juvenile naughtiness. He further added that Jackson had recognized his problematic behavior and had taken steps to curb his addiction.

The court was shown the images, which magistrates warned were difficult to view due to their poor quality. Jackson sat stooped in the dock as the magistrates considered the case, with reports and recommendations pending before sentencing. The magistrates cautioned Jackson that he faced a potential jail sentence and ordered that he be registered as a sex offender. He was instructed to return to court on October 29 for sentencing proceedings.

This case has raised serious concerns about the presence of such material within the community and highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat the distribution and possession of child exploitation images.
