MAN FOUND GUILTY OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AFTER 'INCIDENT' IN ST ANN'S
A 39-year-old man has been found guilty after a woman was sexually assaulted.
Martin Blatherwick, 39, of Pendle Crescent, St Ann's, was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault.
He's received an 18-month suspended sentence, a two-year restraining order and has been ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for seven years.
The charges relate to an incident on March 30, 2018, where a woman was sexually assaulted.
Detective Sergeant David Beach, of Nottinghamshire Police, who was involved in the investigation said: "I'd like to praise the strength and bravery of the victim who came forward and helped us with our enquiries."
