TWO MEN FACE TWO-YEAR WAIT BEFORE OXFORD RAPE TRIAL

Lionel Moss, 82, is charged with two counts of raping the same boy under 14 in the same time period.

He has pleaded not guilty to both counts: "To this hideous, false accusation I plead not guilty," he said.

A trial is scheduled with an estimate of six days, starting September 6, 2027.

There will be a case management hearing on May 10, 2027.
