LIONEL BRYAN FROM WESTCLIFF SENTENCED TO FOUR YEARS FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY OFFENSES

In January 2012, Lionel Bryan, a 33-year-old resident of Argyll Road in Westcliff, was sentenced to a four-year prison term after being found guilty of creating and distributing a large volume of illegal and disturbing images involving minors.
