Nuneaton Child Abuser
In a disturbing incident that has shocked the community of Nuneaton, both Liam Brock and Charlotte Hayward have been sentenced to prison for their involvement in a child neglect case that resulted in a young boy falling from a window. The events unfolded in June 2022, when the child, under their care, suffered serious injuries after the fall.

According to reports, a member of the public in Nuneaton noticed a young boy in distress and attempted to alert Liam Brock and Charlotte Hayward by knocking on their door. Despite the efforts to make contact, neither Brock nor Hayward responded to the doorbell or knocks. The concerned individual then took the initiative to collect the child and transported him to a local hospital for urgent medical attention.

Medical examinations at the hospital revealed that the boy had sustained head injuries, prompting a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. During the inquiry, both Brock and Hayward claimed that the boy had fallen off a chair, attempting to downplay the severity of the situation. However, investigators uncovered video footage that contradicted their account, showing the boy climbing out of an open window, which led to the fall.

Further forensic analysis provided additional evidence of neglect. Blood tests conducted on both Liam Brock and Charlotte Hayward revealed the presence of cocaine in their systems while they were responsible for the child's care. This detail underscored the dangerous environment in which the child was being looked after.

In December 2023, both individuals were found guilty of child neglect by Warwick Crown Court. Subsequently, on April 26th, 2024, they were sentenced to 18 months in prison each. The court's decision reflects the seriousness of their actions and the neglect that endangered the child's life. The case has sparked widespread concern about child safety and the importance of responsible caregiving in the community of Nuneaton.
