LONDON MAN CAUGHT ON CAMERA ABUSING DOG AND BANNED FOR NINE YEARS
The RSPCA initiated legal action against Hill after receiving footage that captured him mistreating a bull-breed dog outside his residence on September 29, 2025.The clip depicts Hill stomping on Darcy, the dog, on the doorstep, leading her to yelp in distress.
Additional footage from the communal entrance hall shows him striking the dog’s head twice more with his foot.
On May 21, 2026, Hill admitted guilt to an offence under the Animal Welfare Act.
He was officially stripped of ownership rights to Darcy.
