Lee O’Shea Convicted of Multiple Assaults Against Former Partner

Lee O’Shea has been convicted of a string of violent offences against his former partner, following a pattern of physical and emotional abuse.

Court documents confirm that O’Shea was found guilty of three counts of assault by beating and using violence to gain entry to a premises. The charges were brought forward by CPS West Midlands.

The abuse was not limited to physical violence. According to those familiar with the case, O’Shea subjected the victim to regular derogatory and demeaning comments, many of which were captured on camera. These recordings reveal a sustained campaign of verbal abuse, reflecting a deeply concerning pattern of coercive behaviour.

The victim, who had endured repeated physical attacks, also had her safety and privacy breached when O’Shea used violence to force his way into a property—one of the offences he was ultimately sentenced for.

Sentencing Outcome:

• 12 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months

• 2-year restraining order prohibiting contact with the victim

• 2-month rehabilitation activity requirement

• £40 fine

• £100 victim surcharge
