Police analysis of the phone found the phone was linked to Nutall’s Facebook profile and that a unique code on the phone which was linked to Nutall’s contract. Police were also contacted by another witness known to Nutall who said they had lent their tablet to Nutall when he was over for the evening.  After Nutall had left the person found one indecent image of a child on the tablet and found that the internet history had also been deleted so contacted the police. Mr Currums told the court Nutall was currently on a suspended sentence from the court for a racially aggravated assault but he had no previous convictions for sexual offences. Adrian Evans, defending, asked for a pre-sentence report to be prepared before sentence. Magistrates agreed and the case was adjourned for reports until July 8. Nutall was granted unconditional bail but has been told to sign the Sex Offenders Register.
