May 2021 Morecambe paedophile had sexual activity with girl more than 20 times A Morecambe pervert who in his spare time claimed to raise funds for Sea Cadets has admitted engaging in sexual activity with a young girl on more than 20 separate occasions. Lee Andrew McNae pleaded guilty to five offences when he appeared at Preston Crown Court  The 36-year-old, of Bare Lane in Morecambe, appeared in court via video link from HMP Preston. McNae was arraigning in front of Judge Beverly Lunt and admitted five counts on the indictment. He pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual activity with the girl, aged 14, on numerous occasions in 2019. He also committed offences against her when she was 15. McNae’s Twitter profile describes him as a HR director at The Independent HR Advice Service, a company registered to his address in Morecambe, according to Companies House. His Twitter biography also states he is a fundraiser for Morecambe and Heysham Sea Cadets. McNae pleaded not guilty to two further offences, with Judge Lunt requesting the prosecution consult with the complainant before deciding if the guilty pleas were to be acceptable and the other two offences were to be laid on the file. “He has admitted penetrative activity on multiple occasions and I would have expected, subject to her views, that this would be an acceptable resolution,” Judge Lunt said. The judge ordered a pre-sentence report be produced and McNae will return to the court at 10am on June 11.
