ACCRINGTON MAN CAUGHT VIOLATING COURT RESTRAINING ORDER
A man named Lee Dawson was discovered at the residence of his former partner, which resulted in him violating a restraining order.According to Blackburn magistrates, Dawson was prohibited from having any contact with his ex-partner or entering her home in Accrington.
The 44-year-old, from Ambleside Close, Accrington, admitted to breaching a restraining order that had been mandated by Burnley Crown Court.
He was temporarily held on bail pending sentencing at the Crown Court, as this offense also violated a Crown Court suspended sentence.
During the hearing, Waseem Chowdhary, his defender, stated that the couple was considering petitioning to have the restraining order lifted.
