In April 2018, a man named Kyle Piert from Manchester faced justice in connection with serious allegations of sexual misconduct involving a minor.

Piert, aged 30, appeared before Manchester Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to attempting to engage in sexual activity with a young girl.

The court proceedings revealed that Piert had been grooming a 14-year-old girl over a period of six months, during which he systematically built a relationship with her with the intent of exploiting her sexually.
