WIRRAL MAN SENTENCED TO 3 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES
Kyle Moore, aged 21 and from Eastham, has been found guilty of serious sexual offenses involving a minor.During a court trial, he was convicted on two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child aged between 13 and 15 in 2023.
He has been sentenced to three years in prison and was also issued a seven-year Restraining Order that forbids him from making contact with the victim.
Detective Sergeant Rebecca Igglesden stated: "Moore is a sex offender who targeted a young and vulnerable individual, and today’s court decision reflects appropriate legal action." She added: "The victim has shown remarkable courage throughout this difficult process, and we hope this verdict provides some reassurance.
