Harrison drove at speeds exceeding 90 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone, went through red traffic lights, and refused to stop despite police warnings.
The pursuit persisted for 18 minutes, illustrating the danger he posed not only to himself but to other road users and pedestrians.
Harrison was finally detained when he arrived at his residence.
During police interviews afterward, he denied any involvement in the sexual offenses, attempting to minimize or dismiss the accusations.
His defense lawyer, Chris Baker, argued that Harrison exhibited genuine remorse and regret for his actions.
