A sex offender has received a nearly seven-year prison sentence after admitting to sexual crimes.
Joshua Foote, from Newhaven Road in Orford, was convicted of raping and sexually assaulting a woman during an incident in June 2019.
On Monday, February 21, he was sentenced to six years and eight months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of rape and sexual assault.
In addition to his prison term, Foote was ordered to register as a sex offender for life and to pay a victim surcharge of £170.
