PAEDOPHILE JORDAN HAMILTON BACK BEHIND BARS AFTER FURTHER SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN
A 27-year-old man named Jordan Hamilton has been sentenced to prison and ordered to register as a sex offender for life after engaging in a sexual encounter with a 15-year-old girl on the grounds of a school in Fife.The incident took place in July of the previous year, and Hamilton’s actions have led to serious legal consequences.
According to court reports, Hamilton was seen joining a group of teenagers in Dunfermline, where he purchased additional alcohol for them before they headed to a nearby golf course.
Earlier that day, he had encountered someone on the street who was on their way to meet the same group.
During the evening, Hamilton became flirtatious with a girl present at the gathering.
The girl, who was only 15 at the time, told him she wanted to wait until she turned 16 before engaging in any sexual activity.
Despite her clear statement of her age and her wishes, Hamilton continued to pursue her.
Witnesses, including a procurator fiscal depute named Claire Bremner, detailed that Hamilton’s behavior escalated as the night progressed.
The group eventually moved to a bike shed area located within the school grounds.
It was here that Hamilton removed his top and lay down close to the girl.
The girl, heavily intoxicated and unable to walk properly, asked Hamilton to carry her, which he did.
The situation then intensified as Hamilton repeatedly attempted to sit next to her on a bench, but she moved away, expressing her desire to wait until she was of legal age before engaging in any intimacy.
Despite her protests, Hamilton continued to flirt with her, eventually putting his arms around her and sharing a kiss.
The situation further deteriorated when Hamilton approached her from behind, kissed her on the neck, and left a love bite.
He then pushed her onto a bench, pulled down her clothing, and engaged in sexual activity with her.
The girl, clearly uncomfortable, stopped him and reiterated her wish to wait until she was 16.
Hamilton responded by stopping and sharing a kiss with her again.
One of the witnesses, a friend of the girl, felt uneasy about what had transpired and decided to leave the scene.
The friend later reported the incident to others, who then contacted the police.
Hamilton was charged and pleaded guilty in April to engaging in sexual activity with a girl under the age of 16, which involved him putting his arms around her, kissing her, biting and sucking her neck, pulling down her clothing, and having sex with her within the school grounds in Fife.
During the sentencing hearing, Sheriff James Williamson sentenced Hamilton to two years in prison, with the sentence backdated to July 29 of the previous year, the day he was remanded in custody.
Hamilton is currently held at Perth Prison.
Additionally, the court ordered him to be placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
It was revealed that Hamilton was already on the register due to a prior conviction, underscoring the seriousness of his legal situation.
Hamilton’s defense lawyer, Chris Sneddon, acknowledged his client’s responsibility for his actions and emphasized that Hamilton did not target young people intentionally.
The lawyer also confirmed to the court that there was no issue of consent in relation to the charges, implying that the girl’s age and her expressed wishes were clear.
Nonetheless, the court’s decision reflects the gravity of the offense and the need for ongoing supervision and registration.
—————————————————————————————————— DUNFERMLINE SEX OFFENDER RAPED 14-YEAR-OLD IN FALKIRK A SERIAL predator from Dunfermline preyed on two teenage girls after flouting a strict sex offender order.
Jordan Hamilton repeatedly raped a 14-year-old and molested a 15-year-old during attacks in 2024.
The 31 year-old - who was head of housekeeping at the Cityroomz Hotel in Edinburgh at the time - had previously been jailed for crimes against girls of a similar age.
Hamilton was locked up for eight months in 2017 for the sexual assault of a 15-year-old in 2016.
He was then sentenced to two years in 2022 for having sex with an underage girl.
He was also made subject to a Sex Offender Notification Requirement (SONR) which was to last until 2032, including notifying police if he stayed elsewhere other than his registered addresses in Dunfermline.
The latest crimes occurred while Hamilton had secretly been living in Falkirk.
He first struck at a house in the town on March 30, 2024.
The 15-year-old victim was in a room with other girls when the predator came in and soon put his arm around her.
She confided in a friend days later what had happened.
The young rape victim meantime had initially been in Hamilton's company in Stirling before going to a property in Falkirk with him on April 14, 2024.
It was there he raped her in a bedroom.
Prosecutor Shanti Maguire told the court: "He seized her by the hair, pulling it and causing her pain." The victim later texted a friend, who found her upset and nervous, and she told her that Hamilton had raped her.
The court heard similar attacks occurred another six or seven times up until mid-May 2024.
It was days after the final incident that the teenager told her own mother that Hamilton "sleeps with weans." Hamilton's mum was also alerted before police were contacted.
The sex attacker was later arrested outside a pub in Falkirk.
Hamilton admitted to the crimes having initially been set to stand trial.
Judge Matthew Jackson KC continued his remand in custody as sentencing was deferred for reports until April 16 in Edinburgh.
