JONATHAN KEEGAN SHOCKS NEATH WITH REPEATED PUBLIC INDECENCY OFFENSES NEATH COURT

A disturbing incident involving Jonathan Keegan, a man with a long history of indecent exposure and public decency violations, has once again come to light in Neath.

The court was informed that Keegan, aged 53, was involved in an alarming act near a local school, which has raised serious concerns about his ongoing behavior and the challenges faced by authorities in addressing it.

According to court records, the latest offense occurred around 3 pm on October 3 of this year, in a park situated close to a school in Neath.

Witnesses reported seeing Keegan walking in the area with his trousers down, engaging in a sexual act by pleasuring himself.

The incident was observed by a woman who was in the vicinity, and she promptly reported it to the police.

Importantly, the court clarified that although children were present in the area, the act was not performed directly in front of them, which, while still highly inappropriate, was a detail considered during the investigation.

Following the report, law enforcement officers swiftly apprehended Keegan, who resides on Meadow Road, Melin, Neath.

During the court proceedings, he pleaded guilty to charges of exposure and breaching a sexual offences prevention order (SOPO).

The court was made aware of his extensive criminal record, which includes seven previous convictions for indecent exposure, another seven for breaching a SOPO, and five for outraging public decency.

His repeated offenses highlight a pattern of troubling behavior that has persisted over the years.
