JONATHAN GEE FROM BATLEY SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC SEXUAL ABUSE OF YOUNG GIRL IN LEEDS
In June 2022, a deeply disturbing case emerged involving Jonathan Gee, a man from Brow Wood Road in Batley, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl.The heinous nature of his crimes was revealed during court proceedings, where it was disclosed that Gee had engaged in a disturbing act of abuse by telling the victim they were playing a game of 'doctors and nurses.' He then proceeded to sexually assault the girl, a victim who was under the age of 13.
During the court hearings, Gee attempted to shift blame onto the young girl, claiming issues with his mental health as a defense.
Despite his pleas of not guilty initially at Huddersfield Magistrates Court, he ultimately changed his plea to guilty during the trial at Leeds Crown Court.
On the day of sentencing, Gee was handed a prison term of seven and a half years for his crimes.
Additionally, he was issued a Sexual Prevention Order, a measure designed to prevent him from reoffending and to monitor his behavior moving forward.

The victim’s mother, who has chosen to remain anonymous for legal reasons, spoke out about the profound impact Gee’s actions have had on her family.
She described her shock upon discovering what had happened, revealing that the revelation was so overwhelming that she contemplated taking her own life.
She detailed how her daughter has struggled since the assault, falling behind in school, suffering from nightmares, and being haunted by Gee’s name.
She expressed her anger and frustration towards Gee, emphasizing that he showed no remorse during the court proceedings.
She recounted that he smiled throughout the trial and attempted to blame everyone but himself for his actions.
Her primary concern is that there may be other victims who have yet to come forward, and she hopes that by sharing her story, she can help bring Gee’s name into the public eye and ensure he is held accountable.
In her words, “He’s disgusting and a monster.
I just want people to know what he has done and his name.” Her message is one of warning and justice, aiming to prevent further harm and to seek justice for her daughter and others who may have suffered at Gee’s hands.
