In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Chester-Le-Street, a man named Jonathan Dobson was convicted of heinous sexual assault and subsequently sentenced to six years in prison.

The incident took place in July 2021, when Dobson entered the victim’s residence despite her clear and repeated refusals to engage in any form of intimacy.

According to court reports, Dobson arrived uninvited at the victim’s home in Chester-Le-Street and managed to gain entry.

Once inside, he proceeded to commit a series of sexual assaults, first in the living room and later in an upstairs bedroom.

Throughout the ordeal, the victim repeatedly protested and expressed her unwillingness to continue, but Dobson ignored her protests and continued his assault.
