ABERPORTH MAN JAILED FOR BREACHING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER
A man from Aberporth, who has demonstrated a persistent and total neglect of court directives, has been sentenced to jail by magistrates after admitting to breaching a domestic violence protection order in court.
John Vincent Evans, residing at 3 Pennar Road, Parcllyn, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on September 10.
The 68-year-old pleaded guilty to violating a domestic violence protection order issued by Llanelli Magistrates' Court on August 20.
The violation took place when Evans made contact with the individual protected by the order on Gwbert Road in Cardigan on September 9 this year.
