JOHN STOCKS FROM GRIMSBY PLEADS GUILTY TO CHILD INDECENCY AND ANIMAL ABUSE MATERIAL

A 69-year-old resident of Grimsby has admitted to serious criminal charges involving the possession of indecent images of children as well as extreme material related to animals.

The case came to light after law enforcement officials conducted a search of his property in September 2022, during which they confiscated multiple electronic devices.

A thorough examination of these devices uncovered hundreds of illicit images, highlighting the extent of his offending.

Following the investigation, John Stocks appeared in court and pleaded guilty to the charges.

The court subsequently sentenced him to a three-year community order, a measure that involves supervised activities and monitoring to ensure compliance with the law.
