A man accused of planning to assault two young girls at M1 motorway services and attempting to meet them has been sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison. John Proctor, 59, traveled from Walsall with the intent to abuse the children but was stopped by police at the scene. He confessed to multiple charges, including arranging child sex offences and possessing indecent images. Following his conviction, he was sentenced to prison time and will be on the sex offenders register for ten years.
