November 2019 Former teacher jailed for sexual offences A former teacher has been jailed after being found guilty by a jury of sexual offences John Lamb, 66, who taught at Nottingham High School, indecently assaulted three former pupils and a fourth victim – a student who did not attend the school. The offences were committed more than 25 years ago. Lamb, of Park Road, Loughborough, was sentenced to six years in prison when he appeared at Nottingham Crown Court today (Friday 1 November 2019). He was convicted of 10 charges of indecent assault following a trial. Lamb must also sign the Sex Offenders’ Register indefinitely.
