Update: Now living in Chard July 2017 Perverted pharmacist groomed schoolgirl for indecent images A pharmacist has avoided prison, after he groomed a schoolgirl online for indecent images Dr. John Andrew Jones, 33-years-old of Bedlinog, Treharris appeared at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to a string of sexual offences against a female child Causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity Possession of indecent images of children The court was told that over a 10-day period, Jones, had contacted a 12-year-old girl online and began grooming her with sexual explicit chat. He convinced her to send him sexual photos of herself. In one message, Jones told the girl that he was at his work desk, and was bored because he had to see and speak to his patients. Jones was handed a 12 month imprisonment suspended for 2 years A sexual harm prevention order was given until further notice, and he was placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years
