JOHN HUTTON OF OXFORD GUILTY OF MAKING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN IN JULY 2017
In July 2017, John Hutton, aged 54, of Brambling Way in Oxford, pleaded guilty to creating numerous indecent images of a child.
The images included category A photographs, which are the most serious classification, and were created on December 13, 2016.
Hutton also admitted to producing multiple indecent pseudo-photographs of a child, categorized as B and C.
Following his conviction, he was sentenced to nine months in prison, suspended for two years.
In addition, Hutton was ordered to complete a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement and to perform 150 hours of unpaid work within the next year.
A sexual harm prevention order was also issued upon conviction.
Furthermore, he was instructed to pay a victim surcharge of £140 and bear costs amounting to £85.
