JOHN CARTER FROM ASPULL DENIES SEX ABUSE CHARGES INVOLVING TEEN BOYS IN WIGAN AND LANZAROTE
In a case that has garnered significant attention, John Carter, a resident of Bolton Road in Aspull, appeared before Bolton Crown Court to face serious allegations related to sexual misconduct involving teenage boys.The 38-year-old man has been formally charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse, including two separate incidents involving a 14-year-old boy, one incident involving a 13-year-old boy, and an additional case of sexual touching of a 14-year-old boy in Lanzarote.
Furthermore, Carter is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old boy, a charge that adds a grave dimension to the allegations against him.
The charges also include a count of supplying Diazepam to a minor, which raises concerns about drug facilitation in conjunction with the alleged abuse.
During the court proceedings, Carter entered a plea of not guilty to all charges.
