JOEY MORGAN OF EBBW VALE DENIES MULTIPLE OFFENCES AT CARDIFF CROWN COURT

An offender from Ebbw Vale, Joey Morgan, aged 48 and residing on Armoury Hill, has entered a plea of not guilty to numerous charges related to indecent images of children. Morgan faces three counts of possessing an indecent photograph of a child, one count of possessing an indecent image of a child, and three counts of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
The charges regarding the possession of an indecent photograph and image involve incidents dated June 14 and November 7 of the previous year. Two of the breaches of the sexual harm prevention order are linked to offenses on August 6 last year, with the third breach occurring on September 10.
Morgan appeared before Cardiff Crown Court, where he denied all the charges. Judge Michael Fitton QC has scheduled a trial to commence on December 15. James Evans represented the prosecution, while Hashim Salmman acted as the defense counsel.
