STILETTO HEELS PERVERT SEXUALLY ASSAULTED WOMAN ON TRAIN
A man with a fetish for stiletto heels has been jailed for sexually assaulting a woman on a York to Scarborough train.
York magistrates heard that Collinson — Jess Robert Collinson — sat opposite the woman, wearing shoes and socks.
He was seen touching her feet with his shoe and foot, prompting her to ask him to stop.
She then moved away, feeling trapped.
Collinson, 37, pleaded guilty to touching the woman in a sexual manner and was sentenced to 12 weeks in jail, marking his second prison term this year.
Previously, he was jailed for six months for offences including breaching a sexual harm prevention order by carrying women’s shoes.
Probation officers warn he is displaying 'opportunistic sexual behaviour' and pose a risk of serious harm.
During court proceedings, Collinson expressed intentions to move to Newcastle, but he is banned from doing so under prison licence conditions due to the risk he poses.
