JASON LAWRENCE OF LIPHOOK, HAMPSHIRE, SENTENCED TO LIFE IN PRISON FOR SERIAL SEXUAL OFFENSES IN DERBY

Father of three, Jason Lawrance from Liphook, Hampshire, was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2016 after committing sexual assaults against seven women he met through a dating website. During sentencing, Judge Gregory Dickinson QC stated, "I am convinced that you are devious, manipulative and highly dangerous to women. In my judgment, these offences—so numerous and causing extensive terror and suffering—justify a life sentence." Lawrance was also found guilty by a jury at Derby Crown Court of sexually assaulting and attempting to rape two additional victims.
