WIRRAL MAN JAILED AFTER ADMITTING STALKING WOMAN IN CHESTER
A WIRRAL man has been jailed after admitting stalking a woman.
Appearing at Chester Magistrates Court, Jamie Partington, 34, pleaded guilty to an offence of stalking without fear/alarm/distress.
The court heard that between Monday, July 7 and Wednesday, July 9 2025, Partington attended the Chester home of his female victim on three occasions, gaining entry twice.
Partington, of Waverton Avenue, Oxton, was jailed for eight weeks and was made the subject of a two year restraining order not to contact or approach the female victim and two other people.
He will also pay £400 costs and a victim surcharge of £154.
