CUMNOCK MAN JAILED FOR PUBLIC SEXUAL ACTS AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A man named Jamie Hall from Ardnith Avenue, New Cumnock, has been sentenced to jail after breaching his community payback order by committing sexual acts in public on three separate occasions.
He previously exposed himself in front of two women at Cumnock’s public library on Greenholm Road in May 2015.
Furthermore, in June 2015, he behaved disorderly by concealing himself in the long grass of Wood Road Park, making comments towards an 11-year-old girl while being partially clothed.
His criminal history also includes an incident in September 2014 at Murray Park Cumnock, where he carried out a lewd act publicly and breached peace.
Hall appeared before Ayr Sheriff Court last week, where Sheriff Mhari Mactaggart expressed her frustration with his failure to comply with supervision orders and decided to revoke them.
Consequently, Hall was sentenced to 15 months in jail.
