In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Paignton, Devon, authorities uncovered severe animal cruelty and illegal puppy dealing activities involving James Noon and his son Hamish Noon. The investigation revealed a series of neglectful and inhumane conditions at their properties, leading to multiple seizures of dogs and puppies.

Back in February 2010, the RSPCA executed a raid on the Noons' residence located on Blagdon Road in Paignton, where they confiscated a total of 14 dogs and puppies.
