JAMES KERNER, DANGEROUS SEX OFFENDER FROM WESTCLIFF, SENTENCED TO 13 YEARS IN PRISON

In a case that has shocked the community of Westcliff, James Kerner, a 36-year-old man, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 13 years following his conviction on multiple serious charges.
