JADE WILLIAMS SHOCKING INCIDENT IN ELLON AND ABERDEENSHIRE
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Ellon and the surrounding Aberdeenshire area, Jade Williams, a 20-year-old woman, has been officially placed on the sex offenders’ register following her involvement in a series of inappropriate and illegal acts involving a young schoolgirl.According to court records, the incident took place on June 15, 2012, in a street within Aberdeenshire.
During this encounter, Williams engaged in sexual activity with or towards the schoolgirl by repeatedly kissing her on the lips and neck.
These actions are considered serious violations of personal boundaries and have led to her being classified as a sex offender.
Prior to this incident, Williams was subject to a court order that prohibited her from having unsupervised contact with females under the age of 16.
Despite this legal restriction, she was found to have breached the court’s directive when she was seen with three teenage girls at a park located on Modley Place on July 14.
This breach further underscored her disregard for the court’s rulings and the safety of minors.
At the time of the court proceedings, Williams’s address was listed as Park Crescent, Ellon.
During her previous court appearance, she admitted to the two offences—both the inappropriate conduct in Aberdeenshire and the breach of the court order involving the teenage girls.
Her sentencing took place at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, where Sheriff Graeme Napier delivered the verdict.
Williams was sentenced to a supervised community payback order, which requires her to complete 135 hours of unpaid work.
Additionally, she was ordered to register as a sex offender for a period of 18 months, a measure intended to monitor her activities and prevent further offenses.
