JACK FARWORTH FROM ROYTON CONVICTED OF SEXUAL OFFENCES INVOLVING YOUNG GIRL IN MANCHESTER

A man hailing from Royton has been formally convicted of multiple serious sexual offences committed against a vulnerable young girl, following a trial held at Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court. The defendant, 20-year-old Jack Farnworth, was found guilty on a total of ten counts, which include charges of rape and engaging in sexual activity with a minor. These offences took place over a period spanning from September to November 2013, during which the victim was only 13 and 14 years old.
