A 44-year-old Portsmouth Rapist, Jacek Piotr Pupiec, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison after being convicted of rape, intentional strangling, assault, and threatening an individual with an offensive weapon in a private setting, subsequent to a four-day trial at Portsmouth Crown Court.
Jacek Piotr Pupiec, residing on Newcombe Road in Portsmouth, was sentenced at the same court on Friday, 8 August, and mandated to register as a sex offender for life.
Jacek Piotr Pupiec was charged after an inquiry into the attack and rape of a woman in her 30s, with whom he was acquainted, at a location on Eastney Road in May 2023.
