Mills, who had previously been convicted for similar offences, created a fake online identity to contact the boy via Bebo and later met him in an isolated spot, where the abuse occurred.
The court acknowledged Mills's remorse and early guilty plea, imposing a three-year community order, including a sex offender programme, and a five-year sexual offences prevention order, while noting the impact on the victim.
