MAN IN COURT AFTER STALKING HIS EX-PARTNER IN INVERKEITHING

A 46-year-old man has been convicted for stalking his former partner in Inverkeithing.

Graham Davies, residing on Duddington Row in Edinburgh, admitted that from August 1 of the previous year until March 17, he engaged in a pattern of behavior that caused her to feel fear or distress at various locations in Inverkeithing and beyond.

His actions included repeatedly calling her by phone, sending text messages, and leaving threatening and abusive voicemails.

Sheriff Neil Kinnear sentenced him to a community payback order requiring 80 hours of unpaid work and one year of supervision.

Additionally, Davies was issued a non-harassment order lasting three years.
