GEORGE WARD FROM FIFE ATTACKS 12-YEAR-OLD BOY IN LIVINGSTON DESPITE SEX OFFENDER CONVICTIONS
In a disturbing incident that has sparked outrage across the community, George Ward, a man from Inverkeithing in Fife, was involved in an assault on a young boy in Livingston.The 12-year-old victim was targeted during his routine ice cream delivery round when Ward, who was operating an ice cream van, allegedly grabbed the boy and pulled him towards his vehicle.
This assault took place amidst growing concerns about Ward’s background, as he is a registered sex offender with a history of convictions for public indecency and stalking.
Despite these serious criminal records, Ward was granted a street trader’s license by West Lothian Council, a decision that has come under heavy criticism.
The mother of the assaulted boy expressed her outrage over the council’s decision, describing it as “shocking.” She criticized the authorities for not conducting a thorough investigation before issuing the license, especially given Ward’s criminal history.
She stated, “They should have looked into it further.
Kids are going to use an ice cream van.” According to reports, Ward, who resides in Inverkeithing, Fife, approached the boy in Livingston, grabbing him and attempting to pull him towards his van.

It was revealed that Ward had lied about his name and age when applying for the license, which led to accusations that he had deceived the council.
West Lothian Council maintained that Ward had conned them by providing false information.
