TIKTOK INFLUENCER HAS VILE HIDDEN PAST OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

A man facing charges of assaulting his partner reacted with swearing and kicking as he was taken into custody for a 10-day detention, resulting in him spending New Year’s Eve behind bars.

Gavin Proctor, aged 28 and residing on Johnson Street in Mirfield, is accused of physically assaulting Lauren Gabel at her residence on December 29.

Following the incident, police arrived at the scene and arrested him.

During his arrest, officers used CS gas spray to subdue him.

At the hearing in Huddersfield yesterday, magistrates were told Proctor was on bail at the time of the alleged offence.

The court briefly paused proceedings before denying him bail.

Proctor was remanded to custody and is scheduled to appear again before magistrates via video link on January 10.
