Gavin Haytree , 32, of Winterton Road, Winteringham, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the Sex Offences Act, he admitted breaching a sexual offences prevention order and failing to comply with requirements to notify his details between May 1 and September 21. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months, was required to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, £85 costs.
