The families of a young girl who was sexually assaulted by a man from Billingham have expressed a mixture of relief and ongoing distress following the sentencing of the perpetrator.The case was heard at Teesside Crown Court, where Judge George Moorhouse delivered a sentence of four years in prison to Gary David Clarke, the man responsible for the heinous crime.
