Ethan Lockley, a man from Walsall, has gained attention on TikTok after videos surfaced showing his former partner in a severely injured state.
The woman appears to have sustained significant facial injuries, including bruising, a swollen lip, and black eyes, indicating she was beaten.
Lockley, who is well-known within the local community, has had several other individuals come forward sharing their own experiences with him.
Many of these survivors, speaking out on social media, reveal they were very young at the time of the encounters—some as young as 12 years old—and recount occasions where Lockley would follow, stalk, and harass them.
These accounts also include allegations that he would occasionally try to lure them into his car for sexual activities.
