EMMA MCINTYRE FROM FIFE JAILED AFTER KNIFEPPOINT ATTEMPT IN BURNTISLAND UNDERPASS
In February 2023, a disturbing incident occurred in Burntisland, Fife, involving Emma McIntyre, a woman with a troubling history of sexual and violent offenses. The incident took place as a man was walking through a local underpass when McIntyre approached him with a menacing demand.
She demanded that he perform a sexual act for her at knifepoint, a terrifying encounter that left the victim in shock and fear.
According to court proceedings at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, Emma McIntyre, who resides in Burntisland, asked the man if he wanted to “go down on her.” When he refused her proposition, she pulled out a large blade and instructed him to “come here,” escalating the situation into a dangerous confrontation.
This incident is part of a series of alarming behaviors exhibited by McIntyre, who has a history of provocative and criminal acts in the Fife area.
Just two months prior to this incident, McIntyre had caused a scene in a local café in Burntisland.
Witnesses reported that she entered the establishment wearing nothing but a pair of socks and made shocking statements, claiming she was “looking to book an orgy.” Her bizarre behavior drew immediate attention and concern from patrons and staff alike.
In addition to this, days before her café outburst, McIntyre was involved in another disturbing incident at a different restaurant.
She engaged in a solo sexual act in front of a man and a child, an act that further underscores her pattern of inappropriate and provocative conduct in public spaces within Fife.
Furthermore, the court heard that McIntyre had previously assaulted a woman by repeatedly grabbing her breasts over her clothing, an act of sexual assault that added to her criminal record.
Her history also includes threatening her ex-partner with a knife and physically assaulting two nurses at a hospital in Fife, demonstrating a pattern of violent and threatening behavior.
In February, McIntyre was placed on a supervision order, but she failed to adhere to the conditions set by the court.
As a result, she was recalled to court and admitted to breaching her supervision order.
Her breach led to a sentencing of three months imprisonment.
Additionally, she was ordered to register as a sex offender for the next seven years, reflecting the severity of her offenses and the ongoing risk she poses.
Emma McIntyre’s criminal history and recent actions highlight a troubling pattern of sexual misconduct and violence within the Fife community, prompting ongoing concern among residents and authorities alike.
